The cover letter should not have In-Reply-To, but the remaining patches SHOULD be in-reply-to the cover letter. That is, you don't want to create 11 top-level threads: 0/10 1/10 2/10 =2E.. 10/10 but instead create 1 top-level thread with all patches under the cover letter: 0/10 |- 1/10 |- 2/10 =2E.. |- 10/10 'qemu send-email -10 --annotate --cover-letter' defaults to the proper threading, along with letting you modify your cover letter in your editor before actually sending. --=20 Eric Blake eblake redhat com +1-919-301-3266 Libvirt virtualization library http://libvirt.org --228SfIigGJHGrwWcfhmIWnerh3dpTro5l Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: OpenPGP digital signature Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1 Comment: Public key at http://people.redhat.com/eblake/eblake.gpg Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://www.enigmail.net/ iQEcBAEBCAAGBQJTHfyBAAoJEKeha0olJ0Nq/ZkH/2zZ/OSHUlf6HnMrGxAf/B1p ypRei3BPsgalgMOSpy5SNocgyR0Hx5IKhx9Ex8HH3RL7b7K6grAVKxtTYJHD4uuk VfNKKlJ9t5xTtyc/o7Cj7xqOXcl3jeanKD1S/mADgVBX0O9rxpq9P6ArZDo2mVY8 AtL4zOc4owjCcye6VyV+JPDsfg/emoI5AywdbWmLCilfZRJdSN6dgSBNNK6hMwtb MT053dzKgtBMDKKb6QYEBxZGNUQQKDDrhKot9YVh/Ruji5YRMwPgxRI4/EfToJyA GoVoKoDwKH4JFbQSlBJapLK/N9gkfuGSfaVMxYQpCFwMaeNCGSuEZY3Zas/aA9I= =xaph -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --228SfIigGJHGrwWcfhmIWnerh3dpTro5l--
