So:

- "-cpu foo" doesn't enable any emulated feature

- "-cpu foo,+movbe" does

- "-cpu foo,check" and "-cpu foo,enforce" print a nice and descriptive 
message if the feature is not available but could be enabled as emulated

Ok?
