Hi Michael,

The Patch *[PATCH V4] net: Forbid dealing with packets when VM is not running*
has been reviewed by Jason Wang <jasowang@redhat.com>,
Juan Quintela <quintela@redhat.com> and Michael S. Tsirkin <mst@redhat.com>.

It is a bug fix patch, and should be include.
