Hmm, looks like SDL audio is broken; it's not pcspk's fault.
I get an instant deadlock from
QEMU_AUDIO_DRV=sdl qemu-system-x86_64 -soundhw gus /mnt/vm/freedos.raw
even if I add "-display sdl", "-monitor stdio", etc.
