How is CONFIG_ARCH_SINGLE different from $(call lnot,
$(CONFIG_ARCH_MULTI))? And can CONFIG_ARCH_MULTI be defined in
default-configs/ rather than here?

Could the #undefs be moved to exec/cpu-defs.h and exec/target_long.h
