Actually, it is supposed that gdbstub breakpoints should be handled
before CPU breakpoints. So I think we should rather do this way:
if (cpu_breakpoint_test(cs, pc, BP_GDB) || !cpu_breakpoint_test(cs, pc, BP_CPU)) {
return;
}
