I have seen, that at
http://gwenole.beauchesne.info/en/projects/qemu
is a patch, to compile QEmu with GCC 4.x.
Why isn't it integrated or mentioned on the main QEmu-side, that it exists?

Because it doesn't work for complex reasons. There was a lot of
discussion of this on the qemu-devel mailing list archives a couple of
weeks ago - check them for details.
