of the sentence. :)

you need more digits per the result of "grep Fixes 
docs/devel/submitting-a-patch.rst".

docs/devel/submitting-a-patch.rst:add an additional line with "Fixes: 
<at-least-12-digits-of-SHA-commit-id>
