VirtualBox isn't the only one that supports this - VMWare also lets
you run 64bit guests on 32bit hosts.

AFAIK, VirtualBox requires hardware virtualisation support for running
64bit guests, so you'll have to find a Core Duo CPU somewhere (which
are AFAIK, the only 32-bit CPUs that have hardware virtualisation
support).
