Overall it looks good ;)
Some suggestions for the respin :
* Please split the model implementation from the wiring in the board.
Adding a cover letter would be nice.
* In the commit log, please add more details on the unit being modeled,
how this I2C unit interacts with the rest of the machine, what is
modeled, what is not, etc. A simple intro in short.
* Add a SPDX-License-Identifier tag in new files.
