If I get a meaningful number of OS/qemu combinations to actually work, I
intend to put someting together. I am far from there yet. What I would
write is a simple list of commands to get *something* to work for each
tuple.
I have limited time trying to reverse engineer how things are intended
to work, how to switch this and that off via qemu. It is usually more
efficient that developers write at least rudimentary documentation.
I live in this word myself, I have contributed to the GNU project since
the early 1990'ies. I am not asking volunteers to "work harder". But
writing great software and then make it very, very hard to use by not
spending 1% of ones time writing documentation, is poor use of the
volunteer time!
