One thing I'd like to "fix" though is to avoid major holidays during the -rc cycles. The best cycle I can figure is: Feb 15th May 15th Aug 15th Nov 15th To get us onto this schedule, we'll need to make 1.4 a short release but I still think there's ample time to ge stuff done.
