I asked to have that. My suggestion was that
migrate_set_capability auto-throotle on
So we could add it to new variables without extra change.
And I agree that having a way to read them, and ask what values they
have is a good idea.
Luiz, any good idea about how to do it through QMP?
Having the migration changes is easy, the problem is knowing how we want
them.
