I've updated the repo description.

  Official QEMU mirror. Please see
  http://wiki.qemu.org/Contribute/SubmitAPatch for how to submit changes
  to QEMU. Pull Requests are ignored. Please only use release tarballs
  from the QEMU website. http://www.qemu.org
