However, trying to run the binary on Alpha results in a segfault: falk@juist:/src/qemu% ./qemu ../qemu.works3/MathKernel Mathematica 3.0 for Linux Copyright 1988-96 Wolfram Research, Inc. zsh: segmentation fault (core dumped) ./qemu ../qemu.works3/MathKernel If anybody wants to debug this or at least try whether it works on another host architecture, I would be happy to send the binary (there should be no legal problem, since a license key is required to actually work with it). -- Falk
