Yeah, I guess something like

-#define VIRTIO_MEM_MIN_BLOCK_SIZE QEMU_VMALLOC_ALIGN
+#define VIRTIO_MEM_MIN_BLOCK_SIZE ((uint32_t)QEMU_VMALLOC_ALIGN)

would be cleaner
