There may be a problem here, comp_ctx may be uninitialized at this point.
I see that comp_ctx gets initalized after this call:

          /* Prepare CQE */
         comp_ctx = g_malloc(sizeof(CompHandlerCtx));
         comp_ctx->dev = dev;
