Repro without the qtest machinery:

I don't think it makes a great deal of sense to be able to call into
the TCG dump_exec_info() statistics routine if we never initialized
the TCG accelerator (because we're using -accel=qtest). Not sure
it makes much sense if -accel=kvm, for that matter...
