The DNS for qemu.org is down. Please use the IP address
140.211.15.109 directly in the meantime or add it to your /etc/hosts
so you can continue to use the domain name:
echo '140.211.15.109 qemu.org wiki.qemu.org git.qemu.org' >>/etc/hosts
