Any insight as to why OS vendors (RHEL and Ubuntu in particular)
aren't supporting blockdev-snapshot?
- RHEL claims no support for Qemu-based snapshots in any flavor
- Ubuntu hasn't enabled blockdev-snapshot in it's 19.10 release
