I'm using latest CVS on my G3 iBook. First off, let me say WOW!!!
This kicks ass! I've been using it on my Linux box at home for a while
now, but it's great to have it running on my Mac! (I'm a web developer
and need to test in various flavors of IE.) And quite snappy for a
little G3 800MHz processor!

The problem I'm running into is that on a Windows 98 guest OS when I
CTRL-SHIFT to exit grab, and then click back in to enter grab, the
CTRL-key gets... stuck. Every character I type is a Control character.
  This happens on both Mac OS X and Mandrake 10.0 Official. I can get
out of it by pressing CTRL-ESC, so it's not a showstopper by any means,
just a minor annoyance. :) I haven't tested any other OSes.

Thanks,
- Dave

I noticed that, too. And I don't remember it happening in the 0.5.5
installer version that Pierre d'Herbemont did a few days ago. The
keyboard code needs some rewriting, though, at least for OS X. I posted
a patch a few days ago, but I am not completely satisfied with it. I'll
look into that also at the same time (but don't expect much soon).

Lga.

Pierre, by the way, does your installer version include any patch not
commited in the current version?

The following patch should fix this problem:

*** sdl.c	14 Jul 2004 17:22:33 -0000	1.16
--- sdl.c	22 Jul 2004 22:16:04 -0000
***************
*** 491,497 ****
                                  sdl_grab_start();
                              else
                                  sdl_grab_end();
-                             break;
                          }
                          gui_key_modifier_pressed = 0;
                          gui_keysym = 0;
