Subject: [Qemu-devel] qemu-fast and static libs

Hi,
It seems that there are some problems compiling qemu-fast on Gentoo
because of lack of static libs. I changed alsa-lib ebuild and produced
statc alsa-lib. But I still get some binutils assertion failed messages
(mentioned already on this list by someone else).
So, I was thinking if we can not change something in qemu in order to do
not link these libs static? Using wrapper? What do you think?
thanks in advance
