Hello,

I updated PPC disassembler using binutils 2.17 version (last GPLv2
release). There are a lot of new instructions (vector stuff) and IMHO
the output is nicer.

Test reports would be appreciated.

disas.c:286: undefined reference to `print_insn_ppc' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Sorry, I must have forgotten to do "quilt refresh". This version
compiles for me.

This additional "4th of July" patch takes the few dozen commits after
2.17, but before GPLv3 switch. Includes the famous Rip van Winkle
instruction, Cell and Power6 stuff.
