[ANNOUNCE] QEMU 11.0.0-rc0 is now available

Hello,

On behalf of the QEMU Team, I'd like to announce the availability of the
first release candidate for the QEMU 11.0 release. This release is meant
for testing purposes and should not be used in a production environment.

auto deprecation.

Heading says:
"New deprecated options and features"
content talks about new featurs not newly deprecated ones.

Indeed, we removed from 2.6 to 2.12, 3.0, 4.0 and 4.1.
