This needs to be fixed in the kernel because old QEMU/new KVM is
supported. But apart from that, where does Linux check
MSR_IA32_MISC_ENABLE_BTS_UNAVAIL and MSR_IA32_MISC_ENABLE_PEBS_UNAVAIL?
