Is it possible to set the cpu speed in qemu? I'm testing cluster systems on
many qemu instances and it would be great to have this option. Thank You for

Qemu is not cycle accurate. Any measure of cpu speed is meaningless.
If you want to control how much host CPU each qemu instance gets, that a
problem that your host OS should be solving.
