This device is available but disabled by default.
By default only the configurations defined in default-configs/
are built, but you can add customized configuration.
This allow you to add or reduce the set of features you want
your build to have.

It comes from *-config-devices.mak, which is created by
scripts/minikconf.py based on these rules from backends/tpm/Kconfig:
