Changes for pci branch -> master tree:
- rebased to master branch.
- dropped bonito clean up.(will send it separately)
- introduced "pci: move out pci internal structures"
  which is already commited to pci branch. but not into master tree.

Isaku Yamahata (3):
  pci: move out pci internal structures, PCIBus, PCIBridge, and
    pci_bus_info.
  pci_host: remove PCIHostState::busdev.
  pci/pci_host: pci host bus initialization clean up.
