Hi,

This is v2 of PCI clenaup series. See each patch for the detail.

changes:
v2:
  - remove patch 3 from v1 which is incorrect.
  - rename defined macros as per Marcel's suggestion
  - place macros in pci_host.h as per Marcel's suggestion
  - new patch 'pci: reorganize QEMU_PCI_CAP_*'
