[PATCH] Fix libpmem configuration option

[PATCH] Fix libpmem configuration option

[Miroslav Rezanina]

For some reason, libpmem option setting was set to work in an opposite
way (--enable-libpmem disabled it and vice versa). Fixing this so
configuration works properly.
