Subject: [Qemu-devel] How to Generate SMI interrupt in qemu

Hi,
Does anyone have any idea about how I can generate an SMI interrupt in
Qemu. I basically want to have the code in SMRAM memory area executed
i.e. the SMM Interupt Handler Code.
Also from what I understand, SMM is the implementation of the ACPI
standard i.e. SMM handles the power management functions. Is my
understanding correct ?
Thanks & Regards
Shubh
