Either way is fine.  There's also util/async.c:

util/async.c: * Copyright (c) 2009-2017 the QEMU team

which probably should use the same 2003-2017 notice as aiocb.c (async.c
was split by Kevin out of vl.c in 2009, but bottom halves date back to a
commit from Fabrice in 2006).

Also, we might as well patch LICENSE.
