OK, nevermind this reply. I misunderstood you. I'll:
 - Add a "since 7.1" in EventLoopBaseProperties.
 - Add a special comment in IothreadProperties mentioning aio-max-batch is
   available since 6.1.
 - Remove version info from MainLoopProperties.
