hello, all:
   When I use qemu-system-arm to execute u-boot, I set the options with
   # qemu-system-arm -M versatilepb -pflash ramfs -kernel u-boot.bin
-nographic

   And I enter the uboot successful, but when i execute plinfo command. I
will get the bellow message
   Bank #1: missing or unknown FLASH type.

   I think the ramfs is wrong. So I hope somebody can show me how to build a
simply ramfs. Thanks!

   My ramfs is built by "dd if=/dev/zero of=ramfs bs=1024 count=61556"
