I have an RTU license for it since I own a Sun machine capable of
running it (Sparc 20) but I don't have access to the ISO.

Will it work in qemu?

Does the licensing really work that way, I'd think it depends on the
previous licenses purchased?

Probably not, the problems between OpenBIOS and SunOS haven't received
much debugging. But if you find the CD, we could try.
