Yes, if someone adds emulation for these devices: UIC, PLB, DMA, POB,=
EBC, IIC, ZMII. Maybe some are not needed in all cases.

No, qemu still doesn't emulate Book E cores, such= as the PowerPC 440 in a Bamboo board.
