You will need MinGW(latest stable one), GCC (I use GCC 3.4.5, included
in MinGW), binutils, make, MSYS (for MSYS bash), SDL 1.2 source and
QEMU source.
in MSYS bash, configure and make install libsdl first, and than
configure and make qemu.
