I have a use case where it is not necessary to monitor the guest's
statistics continuously, i.e. polling-based. However, at some point in
time I need the information on how much memory is currently used by the
guest. And that information should be as accurate as possible, hence I
am not sure if the 1 second granularity is enough for me.
So my question is: Is it planned or already possible to use this new
interface in an event-based manner? I.e. trigger the collecting of the
guest's statistics and qeurying the results with the qom interface
described above?
