[PATCH 08/10] hw/core/machine: Remove hw_compat_2_12[] array

The hw_compat_2_12[] array was only used by the pc-q35-2.12,
pc-i440fx-2.12 and s390-ccw-virtio-2.12 machines, which got
removed. Remove it.
