Thank you for the offer!  Beggars cannot be choosers, but perhaps the
WireShark wiki is closer to "neutral ground" for a spec that the various
operating systems (*BSD, Linux, Solaris??) will share?  (Gerald?)

Can we grant access to the radiotap wiki page to only active radiotap
developers?
