Subject: [PATCH v2 3/4] gpu: nova-core: use Alignment for alignment-related operations
Date: Mon, 04 Aug 2025 20:45:26 +0900 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20250804-num-v2-3-a96b9ca6eb02@nvidia.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20250804-num-v2-0-a96b9ca6eb02@nvidia.com>
Make use of the newly-available `Alignment` type and remove the
corresponding TODO item.

Nova uses integer operations that are not part of the standard library (or not
implemented in an optimized way for the kernel). These include:
-- Aligning up and down to a power of two,
- The "Find Last Set Bit" (`fls` function of the C part of the kernel)
operation.
