[PATCH 3.4 00/92] 3.4.112-rc1 review

This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 3.4.112 release.
There are 92 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response
to this one.  If anyone has any issues with these being applied, please
let me know.

Responses should be made by Wed Apr 20 10:44:28 UTC 2016.
Anything received after that time might be too late.

A combined patch relative to 3.4.111 will be posted as an additional
response to this.  A shortlog and diffstat can be found below.
