Patch "ARCv2: intc: Use kflag if STATUS32.IE must be reset" has been added to the 4.8-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    ARCv2: intc: Use kflag if STATUS32.IE must be reset

to the 4.8-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     arcv2-intc-use-kflag-if-status32.ie-must-be-reset.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.8 subdirectory.

In the end of "arc_init_IRQ" STATUS32.IE flag is going to be affected by
"flag" instruction but "flag" never touches IE flag on ARCv2. So "kflag"
instruction must be used instead of "flag".
