Patch "hv: init percpu_list in hv_synic_alloc()" has been added to the 4.10-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    hv: init percpu_list in hv_synic_alloc()

to the 4.10-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     hv-init-percpu_list-in-hv_synic_alloc.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.10 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

Initializing hv_context.percpu_list in hv_synic_alloc() helps to prevent a
crash in percpu_channel_enq() when not all CPUs were online during
initialization and it naturally belongs there.
