Patch "drm/ast: Fix test for VGA enabled" has been added to the 4.4-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    drm/ast: Fix test for VGA enabled

to the 4.4-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     drm-ast-fix-test-for-vga-enabled.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.

The test to see if VGA was already enabled is doing an unnecessary
second test from a register that may or may not have been initialized
to a valid value. Remove it.
