Patch "[media] rc: raw decoder for keymap protocol is not loaded on register" has been added to the 4.10-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    [media] rc: raw decoder for keymap protocol is not loaded on register

to the 4.10-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     rc-raw-decoder-for-keymap-protocol-is-not-loaded-on-register.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.10 subdirectory.

When the protocol is set via the sysfs protocols attribute, the
decoder is loaded. However, when it is not when a device is first
plugged in or registered.
