Patch "net/mlx5: Fix command bad flow on command entry allocation failure" has been added to the 4.9-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    net/mlx5: Fix command bad flow on command entry allocation failure

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     net-mlx5-fix-command-bad-flow-on-command-entry-allocation-failure.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

When driver fail to allocate an entry to send command to FW, it must
notify the calling function and release the memory allocated for
this command.
