This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
SUNRPC: Refactor svc_set_num_threads()
to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
sunrpc-refactor-svc_set_num_threads.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

Refactor to separate out the functions of starting and stopping threads
so that they can be used in other helpers.
