Patch "scsi: qedi: off by one in qedi_get_cmd_from_tid()" has been added to the 4.13-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    scsi: qedi: off by one in qedi_get_cmd_from_tid()

to the 4.13-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     scsi-qedi-off-by-one-in-qedi_get_cmd_from_tid.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.13 subdirectory.

The > here should be >= or we end up reading one element beyond the end
of the qedi->itt_map[] array.  The qedi->itt_map[] array is allocated in
qedi_alloc_itt().
