This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    MIPS: ralink: Fix incorrect assignment on ralink_soc

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     mips-ralink-fix-incorrect-assignment-on-ralink_soc.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

ralink_soc sould be assigned to RT3883_SOC, replace incorrect
comparision with assignment.
